Stay Conditions & Blackout Dates:

All raffle prizes must be redeemed as a single, consecutive stay to fully enjoy the experience. These memorable getaways are designed to be enjoyed in one seamless visit to The Applegate Inn or the H.S. Clay House.

Please note that stays are not available during the weekends surrounding Valentine’s Day. The blackout dates for these stays are Feb 7/8 and Feb 14/15. Outside of these dates, you can choose the time that works best for you, based on availability.

All prizes must be used for stays before March 31st, 2025.
